The Great White Journey (Corporate program)
The Great White Cherry (or Tai-Haku) is the tree that will enlighten any location. Its key feature is the large pure white flower which is held in bunches profusely all over the tree. As if cultivated from the Garden of Eden, the brilliant white blossom is so pure and has perfect white flowers with a straight, unwrinkled edge. They are single flowers which enhance the graceful beauty, being elegantly larger than all other Prunus blossoms. Unlike some trees, the flowers will grow from an early age, so they can be enjoyed straight away. It tolerates most soil types. This works wonderfully as a specimen tree within a space that encourages its lateral growth. Similar to the needs of The Great White, we cultivate nourishing and positive environments where employees have space to be innovative and perform at their best.

The Yama-zakura Journey (6-month program)
Yamazakura takes the top spot among the most commonly viewed wild sakura flowers. This sakura, also known as Hill Cherry, can often be spotted among Japan's mountains. Like the Yoshino, these sakura blossoms also appear in light pink petals of five. This program is similar to that of a Yama-zakura, where we help one overcome their obstacles, lead and make a positive impact on others.

We kick off this program with a 90 minutes strategy session where we scope out your unique roadmap that will give you clarity on areas of focus and steps forward

After our strategy session, we will connect every 2 weeks, where we will discuss your progress, obstacles and next steps

You set the agenda of each session, however we will work on an expansive range of topics that will help you gain clarity, build confidence, build resilience and learn to cope with change and stress.

The Kanzan Journey (3-month program)
Kanzan flowers fall under the classification of Yaezakura, or "double blossom" sakura, which includes any sakura flower with more than five petals per blossom. Kanzan blossoms are especially spectacular, showing as many as 50 petals per blossom. These hearty, late-blooming flowers are easily recognizable by their deep pink colour and voluminous bunches. Just like Kanzan flowers, the seeds we plant in this program can have a double blossom and positively impact your future down the road.

The Ichiyo Journey (6-week program)
The meaning of 'Ichiyo' is 'one leaf.' When this 20-40 petal blossom is fully open, a single pistil (which is thought to look a bit like a leaf) protrudes from the centre, hence its name. An abundance of inner white petals, encased in a pale pink outer layer, give this sakura flower a subtle colour. Bright green leaves surround the sakura blossoms. Similar to the Ichiyo, we work with you here to help you connect with your inner core values and unlock your authentic leader and your true potential.
